Natalia Ortiz Mena is President of Coaching y Desarrollo.

• In 2013 as well as 2009, honored to serve as a member of the panel of judges for the Prism Award, ICF’s highest recognition for the best organizational coaching practices on a global level.
• From January 2012 to January 2015, Coaching research area leader for ICF - Mexico chapter; and part of its board of directors.
• In 2017 she received an award from ICF Mexico, for her contribution to the professionalization of coaching in Mexico.

Natalia has twenty-five years of experience directing and participating in organizational development programs, executive development and personal development initiatives, in national and multinational organizations. Including a solid experience of over a decade, providing comprehensive support to the personal and professional development of expatriated executives.
